Partners in the Bushkill Stream Conservancy include Jacobsburg Environmental Education Center, Lafayette College, Northampton County Conservation District, Forks of the Delaware Chapter of Trout Unlimited, The Brookwood Group, Easton Area High School, Jacobsburg Historical Society, Bushkill Township, Plainfield Township, Forks Township, Palmer Township, the Borough of Tatamy, the City of Easton, Northampton County, Heritage Conservancy, Wildlands Conservancy, Muhlenberg College, the Retired and Seniors Volunteer Program, Lehigh Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau, Two Rivers Area Council of Governments, Nazareth Area Council of Governments, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.

The Conservancy has no members as such. Its programs are managed by a Board of Directors on which the partners are represented. Specific programs of the Conservancy are supported by private and public grants; for operating funds, BSC depends on the generosity of individuals and organizations supporting the Conservancy's goals.
